Pat, I can understand your cynicism; not many people use this site to give an agent a complimentary review. However, despite the public perception of agents (which is often justified, unfortunately) Outlook does have many satisfied customers.
Without repeat customers the company would go out of business, or at best stand still, but Outlook has grown rapidly for an independent agent. We attribute this to our success in providing the best service available in our local markets.

We have recently started to work with outlook property who are handling the rental/management of our apartment in Capital East,E16.
We are extremely pleased in the service they' provide to the tenant and landlord.
We find them efficient, professional and very impressive on all fronts. I will certainly give them our second property to manage when the tenant moves out.
Well done to all the staff at 0utlook Property; your teamwork is superb.
It is refreshing to work with a company who cares
and works on a Win-Win basis for all concerned.
