I would not use the agent again

I am currently in the process of trying to buy a property through this agent. I am a cash purchaser with funds in savings. I am amazed thus far by the unprofessional, thuggish and dishonest nature I have encountered thus far.
Do KFH staff receive any training at all? Do they even know what a code of conduct or good practice actually is?
Unfortunately as they are the agent of choice by the vendor I am stuck dealing with them. But I will be very vocal every step of the way. Good and bad, who knows, things could get better.
