We have been renting properties for quite a few years and have become progressively more disillusioned by the standard of service offered by the High Street agents and not a little fed up with the annual renewal costs.
We found fishneedwater by pure chance just over two years ago and have never thought of using anyone else since then. The level of service has always been of the highest standard; emails and phone calls are always responded to in a clear and informative manner, we always know where we stand with prospective tenants, the documentation is always provided in good time and the provision of ancillary services such as inventory and referencing has been faultless. But more than anything else, we appreciate the personal attention and good humour that has accompanied each and every deal we have done with fishneedwater.
    Without doubt a superior outfit.
