Alex was helpful following my request for property viewings with regards to specific criteria. He found me a number of properties, including the one that we ultimately took. Also was flexible to our awkward viewing requirements (4 sharers each viewing separately).
We were explained the following process well so everything was simple (despite the massive fees all London agents seem to charge!).
Move in went smoothly enough, and Alex went above and beyond the call of duty in responding to issues late on a Saturday night.
Overall very happy, as smooth as any move goes. Nothing to complain about (except the money, but nothing changes there!), and the whole office staff seem to be top guys and girls who are willing to help.
