Romans

Romans have provided an excellent service from the outset.
We did most of our viewings through their lettings department and found staff to be much more flexible and accommodating than other agents in the area. On a number of occasions an agent would stay late to ensure we could view a property after work and the Caversham office were always quick to respond with any information we needed before deciding on a property to rent.
Since becoming a tenant, Romans have been fantastic. After several years of dealing with landlords and agents who are difficult to get hold of and reluctant to provide any service much above collecting rent, I had come to believe this was the norm. However, Romans have ensured that whenever work has been required at the property it has been completed as soon as possible and without any hassle to us as tenants. They have been quick to respond to us and dealt with the letting process in a highly efficient and professional manner. I cannot recommend Romans highly enough, in particular, their letting agent Alex Fletcher who has gone out of his way to provide the highest service at all times.
We will certainly be using Romans again if we are to move and when looking to buy a house in the future.
