I would not use the agent again

Ace estates approached me via an advert and quickly rented my flat for me although the tennats were nothing but trouble and then decided to stop paying the rent and changed the locks. Ace said thay felt guilty and would offer free replacements as long as I let them manage the property and let them evict the tennats. Total cost

Ace estates also approached me via an advert I placed. I have been trying to speak to "Stephen" since July 2008. As I called a few (four) times in total disbelief and frustration becaseu they did not pay almost
