I would use the agent again

These guys were amazing. Being first time buyers, this process couldnt of been made any easier. The agent Ryan Bloomfield was fantastic. He was readily available to speak to......sometimes at outrageous hours and provided fantastic support and advice throughout. The agent even took time at the weekend to collect the keys and give us a second viewing before we made an offer. Ryan was always very honest and patient when waiting for feedback on the property after first viewing.
The process was made extremely smooth with the help of both Ryan and Lisa Roe. Lisa was great in forcing through the purchase as quick as possible whilst always keeping us in the loop and providing advice.
After a bad experience with a different estate agent, I cannot speak any higher of the staff and the service at Romans. Since the purchase the after care has been great with agents ringing to see how we settled in ect.
Will definetly buy/seel through Romans in the future
