I switched to Kerr and Co after a disappointing experience with another agent. The contrast could not have been more marked. Their assessment of the market in W12 was exactly right. Pricing of their fee was competitive. Photos were promptly executed and of good quality. Publicity was quickly prepared, well executed and wideranging. The sales effort was very proactive. Advice on optimizing the presentation of the house was simple, practical and achievable. Staff were assiduous in providing warning of visits and there was no inept mis-arranging. We received regular email updates (correctly spelt) of progress with potential buyers. All staff were unfailingly courteous, easy to deal with and attentive to detail - absolutely no game playing, messing about or 'dog ate my homework' excuses. Left messages were always responded to promptly. We quickly obtained an offer in line with expectations. Altogether an excellent professional performance by Robert Barr and the team. They really went to a lot of trouble to make it easy for us. Highly recommended.
