Sophie Sterling has been a shining example of a skilful Negotiator, she asked all the relevant questions about what my needs and requirements were, what preferences I had and if there was a rime frame to consider. Thus, right from the start, a number of unsuitable properties were eliminated, thereby saving time and effort viewing . She has a vast knowledge of the local property market, the comparative quality of buildings and streets and taught me where my best interests would be served.
