Came hundreds of miles to view a property to find they had not turned up for appointment. Said they had left message on my answerphone but they had not. I spoke with this self centered female who showed complete contempt. The woman claimed she had not been given the key. She still could have let me know!

Highway robbery, I would have been happy to pay if they had did what they said they would do. In reality they got paid for very little work or effort by them.

We note your comments made above however we work to agency terms which clearly state our terms of business. We are regulated by RICS and are also members of the RICS Ombudsman Scheme who are obliged to look into all complaints. We would have been happy to release our files for scrutiny by the Ombudsman for a final ruling.
