What rude, ignorant and poor customer service!
I wouldnt even give them 1 star.
dont ever use this company, if you can call it that. They dont even have an office or website!
The emails you receive from him are rude, and incite anger. I have plenty of money to spend on other professional agencies rather than this one!
For the sake of an extra few pounds, use a decent agency - this guy should be shut down!!

It's a shame these people are allowed to make anonymous comments based on no real fact and just their personal feelings. Some prospective tenants we deal with are quite rude, and students can be particularly useless when it comes to reading the documents we send them. They then get upset because of their mistake and write these ludicrous comments.
Whoever you are, please give the office a call!
