Moved in with reeds rains last year. The first time i met them there was another student complaining about the pile of rubbish outside his house for 6 months..
First step their office is NOT IN CANTERBURY its way outside more than a short hike..
After making my way there, on foot.
I was told that the person i needed to finish my booking was out so it wont be possible, after explaining that i wont come back if im not served on the day, suddenly it was fine and my papers were signed.
the property was in bad shape, the excuses made when viewing it were excellent!:)
during my stay i have received an array of emails with the wrong information, addressed to incorrect recipients, etc.
We have had fellow students at the door asking to view our house, we had NO NOTICE (apart from a voicemail left 2hrs earlier?) , and the best part was that the agent didn't show for another hour by which point their potential customers got the picture and left!
My second payment which i paid a little late, reeds rains thought it suitable to send me late payment notices thrrough my house mates, NOT ME, because you guessed it they had lost my email address..
After the 2nd payment had a question about my stay, i sent it, Chased it weeks later, and chased it again another few weeks later. OVER A MONTH, before anyone answered. even then without putting my foot down , i feel they would have bullied me into complying with them.
In summary if you like estate agents who get their info wrong,loose your info, ignore your questions and treat you as beneath them VISIT REEDS RAINS CANTERBURY BRANCHES TODAY!

‚£250 per person is pretty standard, the service is not, so its a complete rip-off.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents seemed very keen an friendly until they received my deposit and first months rent. At this point they became unhelpful and rude.Attached Filesnbsp;
