I would use the agent again

We have dealt with Romans almost since the start of the company moving into lettings.Romans have concluded hundreds of lets for us in both residential and also commercial properties.
Romans invest in ongoing training for their staff and are a big enough company to offer their staff a genuine career path to advance within the company.The result is staff stay and build an excellent relationship with their clients.Peter Fuller the Director of Lettings has an ethos and attitude which compliments his relationship with clients and staff alike and both he and his large staff are a pleasure to deal with as a result of his leadership.Romans are not always perfect,but then who is? Romans are honest and fair and if something goes wrong are willing to hold their hands up,admit the mistake,and get on with sorting out the problem without delay to everyone's satisfaction.
We deal with other agents in areas of the country were Romans are not represented and we find that in general the service we receive from Romans substantially surpasses other agents mainly because of Romans commitment to staff training and customer satisfaction,and that they are always prepared to go the "extra mile".
We plan to continue our ongoing relationship as it works to our mutual benefit.
