I would use the agent again

Useless. Advised us that they had sold yet refused to list as sold STC, never communicated, never passed offers on, advised buyer to keep looking as we hadn't found. when buying a property through them we were advised a price to enter the bid, we did then they advised the bid wss way to low???, what the hell!!
Grace side of Charlton Grace is as typical an estate agent as you could ever expect, rude, blames all others for their mistakes, through enough crap against the wall and some will stick yet the rest will slide away, this is how they sell your house. Use them at your peril.
