I would not use the agent again

I couldn't believe the cheek of this estate agent, for a 6 month temp contract they wanted an admin fee of £300 along with other costs for a simple bedsit that would cost a third of that per week! What sort of admin work do they think they're doing. And again as with previous comments, I found them to be pushy, asking if I could give them a good reason when I decided not to go through with the agreement. Don't trust these agents!

This review is untrue. We do not have a fixed administration. It is based upon the number of tenants and their specific circumstances. In this persons case they were a student without any refrences and needed to provide a home own er guarantor. Theuy were unable to do and so were declined which probably explains the lies in this review
