I have used Conran Estates for letting my flat over the past 5 years, and they have consistently provided an excellent and professional service. Conran have found good, reliable tenants quickly, ensuring that the time between occupancy has been only a few days in each case. Communication is efficient, with the paperwork and any queries dealt with promptly. If I decide to let my flat again in future I will have no hesitation is using Conran once again and highly recommend their letting service.
