Never have me and my partner been the sort of people to complain but this company based on my experience and by the looks of it many others is absolutely shocking. Moved into a property nearly 2 months ago now with my pregnant partner. Would be here all week if I was writing down the terrible experience we have went through. Basically took our moneyand have washed there hands with us. Moved into a property with cracked windows. A kitchen roof that was leaking with water back door handle that keeps coming off and key is stck in door which Is a security risk. Windows arent sealed right in there property. And many more. Phone head office in bathgate(not compassionate at all) tell us were not a priority despite my partner being pregnant and the house being freezing due to the cracked window in toilet (whichis realy hard to see during the day) cooker not fitted properly which is a fire hazard. They nevercall us unless there trying to sel us house insurance or asking what sky company we are with to sell us stuff, always us phoning them chasing them up. Nearly 2 months now and nothings fixed apart from the leek ( which took a week) worst customer service I have ever experienced on my first time using a letting agent. Alsoloved the little fireplacewhich was one of the main reasons we took the property and got told it works but letting agwnt didnt know how to work it just needed to ask landlord how to work it. Someone came out to fix it and said its basically condemned and needed a compltley new fireplace. The company has led me to near breaking point with there lies, rouge money grabbing tactics basically they told us we had to hand money over for a certain date and move in or we wouldnt get house, despite the house clearly not ready for someone to move in yes we viewed the property but none of the problems were visible an never got told. Would trust a kid with a bottle of vodka before I trust this.company again. Not even angry anymore as this companybhas drained both me and my partner. Just dissapointed as house has serious potential and so would the company if they started telling truth and putting customer first yes the letting agent in hamilton bears some responsibility but most responsibilty comes from head officewhich are a joke from there maintenance manager or whoever he is to every one else weve been fobbed on to.
