I would use the agent again

The staff are professional, friendly and quick to act. The percentages are reasonable.

In my experience although the staff are professional the company provides a very POOR quality maintenance service for landlords. In my view they consistently appoint cowboy maintenance contractors who are happy to overcharge. Landlords beware!
