I would use the agent again

Do NOT use these people. You would be better off sleeping in a box.
These people are criminaly incompetent.
Students talk to each other. So we know there are many, many students having the same problems.
I'm shocked that the University doesn't warn students about these people.
There are several reviews saying these people are "wonderful and professional".
You can guess who wrote those.
In fact these people are rude, aggresive and threatening. But mostly pathetically incompetent.
They don't have a clue what they are doing. They are a joke.
They have been threatening us over unpaid rents, even though we have proved several times that we have paid all of our rents, on time, via bank transfer. They don't know what basic book keeping is.
They send students round to view, without telling you. If you are in you can refuse entry (a legal right), but if you are out, they often have a key and let themselves in! This is illegal - but Chiltern Hills don't understand that. They know nothing about the laws that affect their business, or worse, they think the law doesn't apply to them.
As Students you are exempt from council taxes - but the property has to be registered as a student let.
Guess what? Ours wasn't. Not a problem though. The council said the landlord is liable for that. Chiltern hills think we are liable! Who would you you listen to - the council, or a bunch of cowboys?
By law they are supposed to put your deposit into a recognised holding scheme. They don't, they just pocket it. Every time we ask for the deposit back, they get aggresive and demand more proof that rents were paid, utility bills were paid, etc. They have had all this several times, but they use a different excuse every time. This has been going on for months.
They think they are playing the big business man to scare a bunch of students. They are wrong. We are taking legal action against them.
Sleep in your car or something - but keep away from these people.
