I have used TPS to rent my property over the last 10/11 years. Things were fine until about 3 or so years ago...and then the problems started - late payments, shed loads of excuses, firstly under Grace Brackstone, and latterly (last 14 months or so) under Darren Ling. I am also having lots of problems with TPS they owe me 2 months rent of which my tenant has paid them and they will not forward it onto me. Any ideas how i can go about getting it back, would be appreciated.

Exactly the same for me, except they owe me six months rent that the tennant has paid and now they've closed the management offices I can't even locate my keys that they hold. And the tennants deposit has also gone, but they keep trading !
