Housesimple are excellent and a real breath of fresh air. They concentrate on the right things -- photography, floorplans, and a really professional approach to handling negotiations. Alex did a great job securing above the asking price for my flat. And conducting your own viewings is a doddle and far more effective than having an estate agent lurking in the background. As someone who is now looking to buy again, I only wish other estate agent's websites did floorplans and great photography as standard.
