I would not use the agent again

Dont rent from this company EVER! They will steal your deposit and then take you to court to recover charges that they have made up. For example they will charge you for professional cleaning and force you to sign an aggreement for a s.21(1)(b) eviction notice therefore forcing naive tenants into thinking they have to leave the property despite the law allowing you to leave after 2 months. Well dodgy avoid like the plague!

Imagine Homes were extremely surprised that one of its tenants experienced sub-standard levels of service. Imagine Homes has been letting properties to tenants for many years and prides itself on excellent customer service. Yes, I can second this. Even now that they essentially renamed themselves, there are the same employees as before and completely useless. Numerous lies and deceit from all members of staff. Also they try to charge you for pointless items, like professional cleaning.
