I would not use the agent again

Absolutely disgraceful tenancy charges!! We had two seperate viewings in the Reading area and on both occasions the agent, knew next to nothing about the properties! The landlord of the second property did all the work for the agent.
The real killer though was being told that we had to pay 12 days as an admin fee (tenancy cost) which on a

Agree with this comment on the charges. We had 12 days too and it comes to a lot of cash for doing checks that they happily informed me were completed by Monday lunchtime (following my signature on Saturday 3pm)! There is an outrageous fee for extending the tenancy too of over
