I would use the agent again

Malay Shah provided critical first time buyer advice, mortgage advice and generally answered questions with regards to our purchase of property in Portsmouth. The recommendation came from my family contacts and I could not be more assured that I went to the right person. I would definitely count him as both a trusted resource and a great agent through which I will conduct business in the future.
