Incompetent, unprofessional, rude, arrogant, useless...etc etc etc I cannot believe that an agent like this is still in business. We had to go to the deposit adjudicator to get our deposit back, and Martin and Co lied through their teeth about the state of the property and said that they had never received our check in report with our notes on it.
Please Please be aware....they are not professional, better to stay on campus,,,,we are definitely not going anywhere near an agent for our final year at Uni.

you have to go via the ombudsman, we had the same problem but they are regulated and the deposits are protected but it took a very long time Dec 03, 2014
I would like to know how you have got your deposit back? They are trying to do the same to me and not give it me back!

Rent was very good, one of the only reasons we were interested in a property with them at all. In hindsight, the cheap rent was not worth the wasted time, money, effort and emotional trauma.

I can deinately agree with that. Rude aggresive and sarcastic. I got my keys the same day i had to move in due to their inability to have the contract ready. The house was filthy sticky and smelly. The washing machine was not working, the windows need to bechanged as the rain and the wind is coming through.
