My experience has been thoroughly positive. I appointed Glenn Flegg to secure a tenant at very short notice to do the full management service for me and then went abroad for several months. In my absence they secured a very suitable tenant, completed all the formalities and paperwork, did the necessary legal checks, moved a tenant in and then collected the rent. They managed minor issues arising from the tenant with sensitivity and professionalism. All the staff are very efficient and always respond to emails and telephone calls on the same day. Their paperwork and payment process is solid.
I would definatley recommend them to anyone else looking for a letting agent.
