I would use the agent again

My husband and I are both landlords of separate properties and, having used various other "top" London Letting Agents, feel that Base far exceed the services provided by these other agents.
They are very friendly, efficient and "on the ball" with everything relating to our properties (and, I am sure, other people's properties). Nothing is too much trouble and any problem is brought to our attention immediately, and not just left to deteriorate.
We have recommended Base to our friends who also use them and have found they offer an excellent service.
