I would not use the agent again

On viewing the property we we specifically asked about parking and as my husband and I both own cars and told them that we needed two parking spaces the agent told us that 2 spaces would be provided for us, after paying deposits and moving into a filthy property were told that we could not have two spaces and they were not sure who had given us the wrong information.
All taps were leaking, we called them they sent some to fix it, two weeks later they were dripping again, they sent the same people to come and fix it, a month after that the issue happened again and they sent the same company / guy to fix it, to cut a long story short, this on going dripping taps is still happening (5 months later) and now they just say we will call you back ... errr still waiting for this call back, now water is leaking through the walls and calling the emergency service and they are just down right rude.
Had many other small issues when we moved in to the point were when i called the receptionist would say "hi is that xxxx(my name)"
They are unprofessional and actually do not really manage the property.
Useless!!!!
Oh and they charge you for everything, i am surprised we were not charged to bring in our own furniture....sheesh
