Absolutely wonderful! Estate agents have got a bad reputation, and unfortunately my past experience and that of other people I know, most of the time they deserve it. However, Express Property Services is the complete opposite. I have been dealing with Mark Francis, and he has been absolutely brilliant from the beginning - quickly responding to any queries, renegotiating my contract, sorting out any issues, and clearly making sure I as a tenant am happy as well as the landlord.
The service provided has been brilliant in all respects, and there is none of the shark like behaviour and attitude you find so often elsewhere. This is how estate agents should be!
I can't praise Mark enough and whole heartedly recommend Express Property Services.
