I would not use the agent again

I was planning to buy a BTL property listed with them and they keep promise the rental yields will be this high and they would back this up by saying i just letted something like this 1 week ago with this amount...
When the sale was completed, they deny all this by asking me to talk to the guys of the lettings department. They even treat me like I knew nothing.
Never will I use them again for anything.
