I would not use the agent again

Services:
Lettings (as a Landlord)

We let our our home with Jones Robinson and pay a significant fee for their total management service that promises to take care of everything. This was fine while Jones Robinson had nothing to do except count their fees from the monthly charges. However, once they were required to do anything to earn those fees they were completely unhelpful and incompetent.

They failed to ensure our outgoing tenenats covered their contractual obligations, failed to follow up in simple maintanance tasks, failed to ensure the property was maintained in good order, failed to contact us despite many, many emails requesting updates on the status of out agreement, failed to inform us of tenant requests and failed to provide anything like the service they promised.

Keep far...far...away from them.

    I have just been made aware of your feedback and was extremely concerned to read your comments. We take all complaints extremely seriously because we believe delivering the best levels of customer service is the most important thing we can achieve and if we have failed in this regard we need to do all we can to put it right.
