OM Property Management has not joined our 'transparent agent' scheme yet.
"If only I had known about this site before.." the most common comment we get posted from reviewers that have had a bad experience. So in response, allAgents has introduced the "transparent agent" scheme to help identify agents that are open about independent customer feedback and have nothing to hide. The scheme is FREE to join and as an incentive, allAgents will provide them with FREE LANDLORD & VENDOR ENQUIRES.
Click here and Join the 1000s of Delighted customers that have had success with our recommended agents. If however you do choose to use OM Property Management, please make them aware of the scheme and ask them to get in touch if they want to become a member. - Learn more about 'Transparent Agents'.

OM Property Management are the worst business I have ever come across in any sector.
They 'give' extremely poor service in practically every instance of our estate's requirements and have done so for 13 years.
For a company specialising in 'management' - it seems ironic - as they do not appear to understand the meaning of the word.
It has also been proven in tribunal cases that OM (Peverel) systematically exploit their customers by loading service charges with insurance commission and in some instances subcontractor referral fees.
After 13 years of this company, its clear that OM's (Peverel's) business model is all about them making money by doing nothing and getting away with it.
Steer well clear!

Thank you "PerilOMG" A true statement of fact that Trading Standards the OFT and the Government seem to ignore. Why in this day and age do people have to accept "daylight robbery" when entering into a leasehold agreement only to find the misery that some companies impose.
