I would not use the agent again

in the six months that I have lived abroad, Jacksons have taken over two months in fees. Every month these fees seem to get greater. I email from Singapore, and get rude unhelpful dismisive answers.
I am having to consider returning to the UK just to get legal advice about howe I am being fleeced by this company. I have calculated that I would have financially been better of leaving my house empty.
DO not use these.

Dear Reader,
I have personally responded to the leaver of this message known as 'Battersea guy' on a number of occasions over the last few months and I am yet to get a response as to why he has left this message.
This is such a shame, Estate Agency is such an easy profession to disparage, and I have to confess that a lot of agencies that are open on the high street today do make things easy for the general public when they hand out a generally poor service. I am also not suggesting that every single one of Jacksons' 5'000 or more customers have a hiccough free service. However, when people have problems, myself and my staff address them as quickly and efficiently as we can.
In the case of 'Battersea Guy' we have not taken two months fees from him, this is a complete and utter lie, my staff do not give him rude and dismissive replies, they actually spend a lot of time trying to accommodate his desires and our fees have never increased at any point, this is once again a lie. Moreover, we assisted this landlord when he first rented his property through us, by allowing him to spread his payments to Jacksons over the course of a two month period, thus easing his financial burden. I don't know of many estate agents who would do this.
In short, I don’t mind being disparaged or publicly flogged if the punishment fits the crime, but when you have done everything you can to provide a client with a first class service and all they can do is make up lies, then we should be allowed to defend ourselves, and this is simply what I am doing.
I have already asked 'Battersea guy' to remove these comments or to enter into a discussion with me about why he has lied throughout his comment. That was over three weeks ago and 'Battersea guy' informed me he was 'too busy' to read my email and I have not heard from him since.
