I would not use the agent again

Bullying tactics were used during the sales process - we were threatened with them putting the house back on the market as we waiting for 3 weeks for the survey to be carried out on the property. This was the lender's responsibility not ours, so we were at their mercy. They were also very impersonal, with a sneering attitude.
