I would not use the agent again

The worst ever. Phone calls wont be answered politely. any problems will be turned into our fault and our responsibility before they are going to be bothered with any expenses. Will demand call out charges for checking on anything around in property. Will never get your deposit back in full even after you had paid for cleaners and stuff.

Although this review was written over four years ago we would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the service that you received. Since the review was written our business has changed and our main focus, above all else, is the high level of customer service that we provide. If you should need our services again at any time in the future then we guarantee you will have a completely different experience!
