I would not use the agent again

I was cheated by this letting agent since the first day. They handed me the house very dirty. Such dirty that I cleaned up to 10 used condoms. The carpet was full of stinky stains, there were holes in the vinyle of the kitchen. When they showed me the house the promise me to clean the house including the carpets and paint the walls. They never did that. I was lucky since I took photos of how the handed the house. When I left the property they keep my deposit because the considered that the house was dirty (which is not true), there weres stains in the carpet and the vinyl of the kitchen was broken. So they charge me for something that I never did. I try to speak with them showing the photos I took and they send me a fake bill for the amount of the deposit they kept. And they never gave me an inventory of the house, something that they have to do. So NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER trust on them. And the staff is lack of proffesionality, they even dare to shout on you!! BE CAREFULL, DO NOT TRUST THEM
