I would use the agent again

I have found Duck and Hedges to be very helpful and prompt. Naomi, in particular, has been extremely professional and timely in all queries, and is so easy to deal with. All issues are resolved quickly and effectively and information has been passed between ourselves and the landlord smoothly.
