Where do I start????? After sending out so many emails to agents and countless viewings I received a phonecall from Asdales in Bromley asking me if I wanted to view a property matching what I was looking for and that he recomend I view it straight away as it had alot of interest. As it was my day off I agreed to meet up an hour later (this was Thursday) To my surprise the property was just what I was looking for and I placed and offer

A bit unfair to classify the agents as terrible! Thumbs down because the result never went your way fair enough. Unfortunately these situations cannot be avoided if a Landlord chooses to use joint or multi-agencies and then tries to play them off one another. Someone always ends up the loser, which in this case was the agent who lost the business and more importantly you.
