Quite early on with our dealings with Vickie it was more like dealing with a friend. She offered good advice and kept us up to date with what was happening, even when there was little to report. It is a long time since we last moved house and reassurances from Vickie about the process certainly put us at ease and instilled confidence. Whilst we accept that other members of staff would not be up to speed with our sale, when Vickie was not in the office the service was slightly lacking. Vickie went the extra mile in liaising with her colleagues at Manning Stainton Guiseley regarding our purchase.
Comment on agent fees
Whilst we were satisfied with the fees in relation to the sale, we thought the fees for introducing the solicitor was not.
