Had I known what sort service I going to get from this estate agency I would have used the other one where this property in question was advertised with.
They don't return you phone calls.
They do not pass on messages or information to each other.
NO updates even though you ask for them yourself.
They talk to you once they know that you have found a property you like as if the are doing you a favour.
Overall a badly run Estate Agents.
If you have the opportunity to not use them and use an alternative I would do so.
