Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Cannot expect anything to be done on time (e.g. refund in rent due to a damaged boiler took weeks and many runarounds to the landlady and back again with many broken promises for payment by a certain date - to this day have not received refund). Frequently act in bad faith and can be a nuisance when they want to (typically the week the rent is due, getting in touch with them is no problem but a Herculean task the rest of the year). . Frequently act in bad faith and can be a nuisance when they want to (typically the week the rent is due, getting in touch with them is no problem but a Herculean task the rest of the year). Horribly impersonal - called myself to a meeting to discuss extending the tenancy (a position also agreed to tentatively by the landlady, even to the degree that the proposed future rent was spelt out) before sending a cold, impersonal tenancy termination letter with no reason or forewarning less than a month later. Do no find calling a hassle when rent is due, but cannot extend the simple courtesy of a phone call to explain that the tenancy will not be renewed after all. Have come close to reporting them to the Property Ombudsman for breach of tenancy agreement - have refused to honour clause in agreement stating that gas bill is inclusive of rent. In short, stay far, far away from these agents.
