They are absolutely a rip off for letting. I will never use them again and would recomend that you use anybody but them.
They would not accept my termination notice on the deadline, therefore I was made to pay an extra months rent. I vacated the property (87 Regent Court in Basingstoke) in immaculate condition, yet they still managed to retain £662 of my £750 deposit.
Do not touch them ever!!!!!!!!

Do not touch, as soon as you see all the sales staff in the flash stripey suits runaaway !!!
They do not share commison with other redwoods branches so your house is only canvassed locally, do not fall for size is better, it is not.
