Redwood Estates are an independent Estate Agent offering Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management in the East & South East London areas. We cover both sides of the river, from Thamesmead up to Greenwich on the South Side, and from The City Airport along to Canary Wharf on the north side.

In my experience with Redwood they are not a people of the word. I have been corresponding with them over the last 7 weeks -visited the office a few times and numerous phonecalls. On every single occassion the relevant member of staff is unavailable, on lunch or some other excuse. Nevertheless, each time I am assured that someone will get back to me. I am still waiting and it's now going on 8 weeks. I have exhausted all of my efforts with them and I am about to do a sit in where I refuse to leave unless they help me. Because they have been of no help I had to take to writing to my landlord for the information I require -which I really didn't want to do as he has Redwood as managing agents for such a reason. They are just not interested and I would not recommend their service (or lack of it).

Lynn is one of the sales agents that work for Redwood Estates. She sold me my property but throughout the sale she was unhelpful and extremely rude. She made it sound as if she was doing me favors all the time and I did not feel valued. Her promises were never kept and whenever she said she would do something or call me she never did. It's a shame because her service is giving the company a bad image and I will not be purchasing another property from this agent nor will any of my friends and family. If you buy from or deal with Lynn Randall then you will surely regret it. Do not make the same mistake I did!

This estate agent was great throughout our 18 month contact, very nice, honest, obliging team who responding to any issues appropiately.

A small friendly Estate/Lettings/Managing agent who are honest and efficient. Thry are also prepared to sort out issues should they arise.
