Interesting review by kcook. I in fact i find them very good. Have sold 4 investment properties through them. 3 getting very high prices, 2 above other agents valuations! Although I must say luck is always involved to certain degree... This might of been same with kcook's buyer through other agent.

Not very efficient in selling my house. They suggested dropping the price but I refused. I instructed a different agent and the house was sold immediatelly for the original price.

Good when buying a property using them. They keep me informed of what's happening in the market.
