We originally purchased the property through Purfect Properties around a year and a half ago. Our intension was to relocate to Aylesbury from London, where we currently live. The Purchase went very smoothly and the service we received was outstanding. Everyone in the office was very helpful and provided assistance in all aspects of the purchase. Derek Hall recommended a local solicitor, who did a great job and gave us a reduced fee because Derek Hall referred us. I have known Derek for going on 9 years now. He has sold my last three houses for me and every sale has gone like clockwork. He has always kept me up to speed on everything which is going on and done everything within his power to make it as effortless as possible for me and my family. As with a lot of sales a couple of complications have arisen with mortgages and difficult questions from purchasers, but Derek has always managed to get these issues resolved, without me having to stress myself out about it.

My wife and I have been letting our property through Purfect Properties for a number of years now. We went down the route of letting as I was posted overseas with work and when we left the market was not working from a seller’s perspective. Purfect found us a tenant in a matter of days and achieved the rental amount we wanted without any need for negotiation. All our dealings with Purfect Properties have been very good, with rent always being paid on time and all maintenance issues being resolved swiftly and without great expense. Purfect Properties recently sold my shared ownership house for me. As I am sure some of those who read this will be aware, this is not as straight forward as your average house sale. I knew that Purfect Properties were the agent to sell my house from my first phone call to the office.
When I first called I spoke to Harry, who was friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat about my house and my plans, while he took all the details he needed to set up my valuation. My brother and I recently sold our property through Purfect Properties.
We contacted them as we had noticed the For Sale board on one of our neighbours
properties go from "For Sale" to "Sold" within 2 weeks of going up. We had just decided
to look at selling to enable us to relocate and the prospect of a quick sale was
one which we really wanted. At first point of contact it was quite clear that Purfect Properties

Having read a review on Purfect Properties I find it hard to believe that they have been written about the same company which I have been using for the past 6 years. Not only have I sold and purchased a number of properties through Purfect Properties but I currently let a considerable number of properties through them across the country.

Having had my house on the market for a while with little interest, I contacted Purfect Properties for some help and advice, as my son knows one of the staff in the office. I thought I could have an informal chat and get some ideas on how to make my property more appealing. Not only did I discover how poor a service I had been recieving from my previous agent regarding how my property was marketed etc, but they also offered me a far better rate. They called me with feedback and progress regularly, I have already had a lot more viewings compared to my last agent.
The best news is, we have just accepted an offer which came from our most recent viewing. So a big thumbs up to all at Purfect Properties! The overall experience was very professional. I will reccomend you to everyone we know who is thinking of selling!

I am a doctor with NHS.
I rented a property through Purfect Properties in August 2009.I left (ran out ??) the property in six months. Those were the darkest six months in my life. Above all its 18 months since I left the property I haven't got my deposit back , inspite of requesting personally with the agent.
I rented the property with a promise that it is fully furnished and has satellite TV and BT line already placed. They were all false promises.
And the day when I was arriving to Aylesbury to fill the final documents I was called to inform that the administration charges were raised by £100.

I have been using Purfect Properties as my lettings agent
for almost four years now and have to say that I am shocked
by these comments.
Purfect Properties have always, without fail, passed on what
was due to me on time. Derek Hall has resolved several issues
for me during the course of our contract, including all carpets
being replaced for me and having a faulty cooker replaced.
Purfect Properties have also arranged all of my Landlord Gas Safety
Certificates and boiler servicing. All through their trade
connections and all with a heavily discounted price.The team at Purfect Properties are always friendly and willing
to help. They have the longest opening hours of any agent I
have ever dealt with and I have never been without a tenant for
more than a week. They are the best agent I have dealt with by far.
I honestly can\'t think of one bad thing to say about them.
They are even available on Sundays, evenings and bank holidays!!!!I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of letting their

one word AWFUL
as everyone else has stated - at 1st meeting PP seems like a professional company...... cracks soon begin to appear.
You will not get your rent paid to you unless you harrass him, even then it will take him as long as he can possibly hold out to pay it to you and countless poor excuses including blaming his accountants, BT problems, system failures and internet issues.
Eventually when i did get it, it was paid cash into my building society branch, Surely paying cash into your landlords branch is not an acceptable way to trade?!

What a cowboy outfit. One month after leaving the property we are still waiting for our deposit. After a few phone calls I managed to speak Mr H himself. He assured me some magical form requiring a signature had been put in the post and there as therefore no need to fax it. Surprise surprise the form had not arrived two mornings later so a few more phone calls to Mr H followed. He stated that he had personally seen to it that the form was in the post and would be more than happy to fax it when he got back to the office. My son used Purfect Properties to let his house while he was travelling.This was not a successful arangement, due to late payment of rent to my sons bank account by PP. The payments were due each month, but on very few occasions were they paid on time. The payments were erratically paid and it was next to impossible to tie payments up with the month they were due. When we requested a statement listing amounts paid and what it related to, PP were unable to provide one.

This was one of the most unreliable companies that I have had the displeasure to deal with. ***** was seemingly unable to reply to phone calls, texts or emails, we found ourselves having to call him frequently as he was also often unable, for reasons of his own, to pay the rent due into our account unless warned or threatened in some way, even though our tennant had paid him in cash. He was, however, often able to come up with barely plausable and often easy to disprove reasons why money hadn't moved to it's rightful place - always the fault of someone or something else. We were doubtful that he would pay us our last months rent rent, but we badgered him until he either ran out of excuses, got tired of ignoring all communications or decided that we weren't going to give up and go away. We also sold our house through him, so I will review that as a seperate item. No better though.

Purfect Properties are very bad!
The first meeting with Derek from Purfect Proprties was very impressive. The service described sounded excellent and I therefore decided to advertise my house with them. Unfortunately, that's where the good feedback ends. In the two month period that my house was marketed through Purfect properties, I really couldn't believe that an estate agent could provide such a poor service and still stay in business. From never returning phone calls (hardly difficult!) to making claims of offers which never even seemed to exist, the service I received was absolutely terrible.
Purfect Properties are not affiliated to the NAAE or the ombudsman and I can see why! I would never ever recommend Purfect Properties to anyone (unless I really disliked them!)
Having wasted two months of my time with them, I have now changed to a more reputable agent. Not a moment too soon!

 and the property was on the various websites within hours of us signing off on them. On the Saturday we had four viewings booked in and by the end of the day we had received a great offer from a purchaser with no chain. Over the following week, Derek helped us with sorting out a solicitor and even got us a reduction on our solicitors’ fees.
Like with most sales, there were a few requests of things to be done at the property before the sale completed. Luckily most of this was quite minor in our case, a lick of paint here and there. There was one slightly more major job, being getting the external wooden framed windows stripped down and repainted, but luckily Derek knew the guy for the job and he was there doing the work within a couple of days. While all this was going on, the lads in the office, Stefan and Harry, were helping us with the paperwork and in our search for a new property.
We’re not far off completion now, which I am sure will be as smooth and effortless for us as everything else has been so far. The amount of work and effort put in by the Purfect Properties team far surpasses our expectations and the professionalism and dedication they express towards the work is second to none. A lot of our communications have been as late in the day as 9 or 10 pm due to the time difference and it seems no matter what has been going on or where they happen to be when we call our needs have been met with nothing but genuine care and professionalism.

The brochure and web advertising were all produced within the following couple of days, I feel it may have been quicker, if it weren’t for the fact it was raining when they first came out to take the photos and had to return the following morning to take pictures of the garden and front of the house. All the photos were stunning and almost made me think about keeping this lovely house the brochure detailed. The level of detail was amazing as well, I mean I had been looking at properties online and the amount of information provided was pretty minimal. In one case I had to call the agent to find out if there was a garden, because this was not in the advertisement!!! The number of photos Purfect Properties put into the brochure was well above average too.
After 3 or 4 viewing over the next week before I got my first offer, not quite what I wanted but after a bit of back and forth we pulled the offer above what I was aiming for. From this point onwards I have no idea what I would have done without Derek, Harry and Stefan. They each help so much with different aspects of my sale. Derek was always able to make the time to explain what was going on or come and help me with the paperwork. Harry was seemingly working 24/7, contacting everyone who needed to be contacted to make sure things went smoothly, from start to finish. Stefan was there to answer my queries to the office when ever I raised them and was always very friendly, professional and helpful in all his communications with me.
As the sale went on some complications started to arise with the shared ownership. There were queries raised about “post dated consent” for work which I had carried out on the property, issues which remained outstanding from the people who I had purchased from and to top it off, my solicitor was not making anywhere near as much progress as they should be. The response to this from Purfect Properties was amazing. They had all the issues resolved within 48 hours, Harry who was on a day off actually spent several hours on the phone to the housing association, my purchaser’s solicitor, my solicitor and my self from home!!! During this time he also managed to speak to my purchaser and communicate the exact position and their financial advisor to make sure that everything was in place for their mortgage.
As I was on a strict deadline with the property I was purchasing, I would have lost out on buying my perfect house if Purfect Properties had not been as proactive as they are.
The team at Purfect Properties have an incredible eye for detail and catch and resolve everything before the issue escalates. They genuinely care about you and your sale. During the early stages of the sale I received several phone calls checking that I was coping with everything ok and if I needed any help with anything. Derek even dropped in for a cuppa a few times when he had viewings or valuations in the area, just to make sure that everything was ok with me and my kids.
If you want an agent that is professional, proactive, friendly, amiable and available whenever you need them, Purfect Properties are the agent for you.
Thanks guys for the amazing service. I hope that the friends I pointed in your direction don’t have to bug you with every little thing like I did. In fact I have noticed the Sold Board go up on one of them already J.

We were very impressed by the level of detail Purfect Properties put into the brochure they had prepared for our property. After all the photos and measurements were taken, we were provided with a draft brochure within hours and to top it off the property was advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla before the close of business the same day. By lunch time the following day we already had our first viewing and within the week we had accepted a very good offer.
Unfortunately the story does not end there. A couple of days before we were due to exchange there was a bit of a hic-up with our purchasers mortgage application. No fault of Purfect Properties, but they stepped up to the mark and got the problem resolved regardless. This did delay the exchange by a few days, but if it wasn't for the fact the team at Purfect Properties jumped in to help I don't think the sale would have completed as quickly as it did.
In short, I would recommend Purfect Properties to anyone thinking of selling and in fact already have recommended them to friends who are now going to market with them next month.

 cannot do anything for you other than pass a message onto the main man himself.
The inventory is the poorest ive ever seen, ive rented before and it took my clerk hours to go round the house noting the condition of everything, i paid PP to do my inventory check in and recieved approx 6photos (having had to reqesut copies of these on many occasions) - none of which significant and which were not worth the paper they were printed on.
Do not go into this kind of agreement blindly like i did, i had no idea that i should have seen references from my potential tenants - therefore i ended up with a large family in my small house when i was told it would be a mother with 2 young children, my neighbours have since told me it was a mother, 2 female kids and an approx 19yo male - all in a small 2 bed house, so god knows where they were all sleeping. I was also advised by PP that this lady was in full time employment - turns out she was actually on benefits.
My house didnt have the lawn mowed once during the tenancy let alone much cleaning done, i was advised by Mr. H that it is not compulsory for any tenant to mow the lawn and that it was infact something that i myself should have gone and done.
When i eventually decided enough was enough, mr H avoided my letters of notice (sent over 6 in total by various different means) avoided my calls to confirm receipt, then 2 days before the tenant was due to move out he called me and advised me she had nowhere to go and that he was appealing to my \\\"better nature\\\" to help her out...... he also advised me that as of 2 days time she was no longer his tenant so if she stayed in my house she would then be MY problem and nothing to do with him.
When i did get my house back it was filthy, marks on the walls (apparently fair wear and tear) and i was completely gutted at the state of it.
I managed to get a mere £300 back off of Mr H from the deposit......... however having rented myself i am fully aware that i was due far more but could no longer be bothered with having to deal with such an impossible man any further.
