Both Dan and Richard were great throughout our house purchase - they went beyond their duty and put in a lot of hard work to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible, efforts that were noticeably more than our experiences with other estate agents. Throughout the process they were honest, quick to respond to any questions and always helped to keep all parties involved up to date. From the first viewing to the completion of sale, they were professional and personable with thoughtful touches that helped our first house purchase to be a special occasion.
I'd gladly recommend Property World and we look forward to using your services again in the future.

As a first time landlord I picked property world as were recommended to me by a friend. Richard and Dan (brothers, which makes it a nice friendly family run business) gave me complete confidence; they took the time to explain everything, always kept me informed of developments and the flat was let quickly to great tenants. Unlike the previous reviewer, I found them very responsive to requests from me and my tenants whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Good at finding tenants but subsequently very slow to respond to landlord or tenant requests. not worth the fee for management
