Yes
Willing to negotiate on price, happy to ask landlord about decorating and fixing, no problems with reporting faults, etc... Moving in was a breeze as was moving out and they don't have extortionate charges for letters and the like. Another copy of the inventory was free - that's right - an agent who does not charge £25 for a few leaves of paper and some ink! I highly recommend this agency.
