Property Liasons are beyond shocking.
Our tenancy rolled over after over two years in the property before we got a notice (2 months late) that we needed to vacate when they decided to increase the rent by 30%. We had to vacate immediately and gave them a prompt moving out date. As the moving out date was beyond the date we would have moved out (had we received notice in time) we were asked to pay further rent to cover the roll over period. When we disputed this, we were told we should be 'grateful' as we're getting two months rent without the increased. Thanks for that, so much, Property... (read more)

Avoid at all costs! - If you're am tenant, they treat you like dirt, if you're a landlord, they treat your property with indifference (damage not unusual).Not registered with ARLA regulated as of Feb-11. When asked why we got the notice 2 months late we were told 'it was the computer that didn't bring up the reminder'. The computer I believe was responsible - I'd love to see me use that as an excuse to one of my clients.
We asked to be present at viewings when people came to see the property to take over the rent, but Property Liasons let themselves in without permission. One housemate was in the bath and found this frightening to hear strange voices in the hallway! They also lied and told us they has permission from one of the other house tenants - not at all true. Very unprofessional.
On the check out inventory, items damaged were mentioned as new finds. We compared this to an earlier inventory done a few years ago (luckily this has been sent in error - the only error of many we were every grateful for) and found them on there so used this an evidence otherwise we would have been out hundreds of pounds for damage we did not cause.
After we moved out, we were charged extra fees which we disputed. They have now withdrawn these fees realising their own negligence.
To Summarise, Property Liasons has been the worst, by far the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. They are incomptent, dishonest, and unprofessional - and that does not even stress in words what we went through in dealing with them.
