This house sale was part of a deceased person's estate and therefore not the easiest sale for us to make.From our first meeting with Paula at the valuation to the day of completion we have received fantastic service Paula was very professional but caring and made it very clear that nothing was too much trouble.Her valuation was honest and realistic in today's market. As a result the property sold in 48 hours! She even found us an excellent solicitor.
Matt has also been excellent with regular updates and advice.The ladies in the office at Tunstall are friendly and professional..We have been so impressed with this lovely family firm that we recommended them to a work colleague who we believe has asked them to act for her..

Throughout our dealing with Priory, Paula and Matt were very professional, they explained the whole process clearly, were prompt in advising us of interest in the property and arranging viewings. Once we had accepted an offer the service continued with them giving us regular updates at each stage, right through to completion.

Priory property were brilliant, they kept in contact with me and acted as mediator between estate Agents and Solicitor's. Matt (agent) drove the purchase, followed through with my enquiries and arranged further free checks on the property when the Survey threw up concerns!!
Would certainly consider using them in future moves.

Myself and my wife were new to the letting market when we decided to become landlords and Paula provided support and guidance every step of the way to ensure we made the right decisions. Due to her extensive knowledge of the property market we managed to find a suitable tenant within 3 days of advertising the property. We also had regular contact with Matt who was contactable at all times and was extremely helpful when deciding on which tenants were suitable for the property.
The Priory team provided exceptional levels of service every step of the way, many thanks and we would definitely recommend anyone to use their services.

I had never rented a property before, so Lee, Tanya and Rachel guided me through it every step of the way. The management of the property that they did was 10/10 and they kept me informed and updated all of the time. They were always at the end of the telephone to help and reassure me, always being very polite and very welcoming.

I recently bought a property through Priory Property Services (Tunstall branch) and have been amazed at the excellent service I have received. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I was pleased to find that there was no 'pushy' marketing as I have found at a lot of other estate agents. Matt has been brilliant during the process and has kept me updated at all times throughout the purchase. I would also like to commend Priory Mortgage Services, in particular Paul who has been extremely helpful and hard working in finding the best mortgage for me and the lengthy process and hitches which I had to go through to obtain it.
All in all, I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone, whether buying or selling a property, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

A throughly professional approach. They knew the local market very well and were realistic in terms of the saleability and price of the property. On all viewings I received prompt feedback and they were invariably courteous when I had any queries. They sold the property in a relatively short period of time, given the state of the housing market. The property was empty and they did all the viewings without me being present. A very effective estate agent.

They were helpful and supportive right from the start.
I was selling my late Mum's house and did not live locally.Paula understood my situation and was willing to meet me at the house on a Saturday to discuss arranging the sale and the management of keys etc.
They made making all the arrangements very easy. They did things when they said they would and kept in touch with me regularly letting me know when viewings were arranged and giving me feedback within a few days.
Whenever I contacted the office everyone was polite and helpful.Matt also arranged to do the final meter readings for me on the day of completion.

The agent provided a very full detailed service with regards to letting my property. They have provided advertising, letting board, and have kept me fully up to date throughout the letting process. Priory found a tennant within the first couple of weeks. From then on have dealt with all the paperwork regards vetting the new tennant, and sorting out contracts.This has taken all pressure of letting the property away from me.
I have found the services of Priory excellent, they are friendly, explain the process in detail, keep in constant contact, very professional, would recommend them to others.

I bought a property through Priory in May this year and I can only say that they were excellent. Having only bought 4 houses before I am no expert but these were the best agents I have used by far. They kept me informed by email and phone. They answered any questions I had promptly and made the whole experience as easy as it can be. All this despite the fact we didn't complete as fast as we said we would. It was a cash purchase and we had one or two things to check which held us up but they kept the vendor informed and were polite and professional at all times. Would us them to buy, sell or rent (I am also a landlord) any time.

We received excellent service from Paula, Matthew and the team, from start to finish. Paula gave us all the information we needed and was honest with her valuation for sale, or to let. Once the property went on the market we had viewers through the door within days. When we found a tenant Matthew was informative and very helpful, he kept on top of the deal and made sure everything went through smoothly.
I would recommend anyone to use Priory Property Services for their property Sale or Let.

The house had previously been on the market with a different agent, with no luck. Lee has an excellent knowledge of prices in the local area, and has a realistic grip on the current values. Within 3 days of appointing priory we had had a viewer who went on to buy the property, completion within about 8 weeks i think. Kept us informed all the way through, and met with vendors when we were unable to do so due to work commitments. Excellent service.

The staff at the Tunstall office have been extremely helpful during the purchase on my new property. They arranged viewings quickly and were always on hand to provide any information I required. Once I had found the property I wished to purchase they guided me through the buying process and helped me in any way possible.
Therefore, I didn't hesitate to use them to sell my current property. I had viewings and an offer within the first week of the property going on the market which I find remarkable. I found priory estate agents to be very proactive in the sale of my property,they kept me informed to how things were progressing,they were very supportive and i found did far more work than my solicitor did,thankyou matt.
I have used agents in the past,which basically just sit and expect you to do their job for them,and charge you for the privilage.
this company is a family company,whom cares,and works to sell your property.

It has been my first time at renting out a property - so was unsure of the process involved. Priory (Tunstall) were fantastic! Gave me all the information required. My wife and I recently sold a property and bought another property through Priory's Biddulph office. We found Lee, Rachel and Tanya to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly in our negotiations with regard to our sale and purchase. The sale was very protracted, but thanks to Priory's expertise and patience, a successful outcome was finally achieved.
We would definitely choose Priory again without any hesitation but one month later our Sold sign is still outside our new house, hopefully it will soon be removed!

I recently used Priory in Biddulph to sell my property, after I tried to sell the property with a Congleton agent. My property was up for sale a number of months with no success with the other agent. It took Priory only 3 weeks to sell the property and we were really delighted. They gave us excellent service, and kept up well informed all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend anyone to use Priory. A big thank you to all the Priory staff.

I have used Priory to sell my property, which hasn't been a straight forward sale, not through any fault of Priory's though but I have to say they have been excellent throughout, Matt inparticular has been a star. They have dealt with the sale very professionally at all times and everything has been done in a timely manner. Selling a house can be very stressful but this has been minimilised by Matt's competence and ability to do his job at the highest level. I would not hesitate in recommending them to sell a property for anyone and will use them again in the future if the situation should arise. I also know after speaking to the lady who is buying my property that she has relied heavily upon Matt for updates as she has not bought a property before and was a little unsure on proceedures with building socities and solicitors. Her comments were "she doesn't know what she would have done without him". Keep up the good work

Priory provided an excellent service when selling my auntie\\\'s house in Tunstall. I live in Scotland and was a bit apprehensive about dealing with this at a distance. However, right from the beginning the local team offered me good advice and provided regular, timely feedback on progress. My particular thanks go to Mat, however, no matter which member of the team I spoke to, they seemed to know the details and would always answer my questions.
I would certainly recommend anyone in the Tunstall area who is thinking of selling a property to use Priory.

I just stumbled upon this interesting website and thought I would add a review. I used Priory to sell my property in 2009 and found the service to be leaps and bounds above the level I received from one of the nationwide chains when purchasing. The market was very difficult at the time but they stuck with it and we were delighted with the result.

Throughout a protracted purchase the Tunstall team kept me informed with weekly updates and important issues to help speed the process along. I particularly like the fact that, unlike other agents, Priory will tell you how it is, rather than telling you what you would like to hear ! This no nonsense and direct approach has led me not to think twice about having further professional dealings with them.

I dealt with Prioy for the purchase of my first property a couple of years ago, the sales advisor Matthew Heathcote was brilliant and helped me with everything i needed. With it been my first property i had'nt any experience and priory made this much easier for me. I have since gone back to Priory for the sale of my first property as i felt they helped so much the first time, i can say have now sold my property and this was done quickly and easily. I would definitely use this Estate agents again. Excellent service.

Priory Property based in Biddulph managed the letting of our property for five years. Their attention and service was always efficient, informative and very friendly whilst still maintaining a business approach. They dealt with finding tenants, gaining tenant references and chasing any late payment of rent. An excellent service which definitely took all the hassle out of being a landlord. I would highly recommend their services, worth every penny!

Having never sold a house before we were very pleased at the way Priory handled all aspects.Even giving me advice on a property that I rent out. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and rang with updates on the process no matter how small. I smiled at the comments of the thames drive person about Priory having the monoply of the area, surely this shows that the estate agent must be doing something right for so many people to use them, also this was a big point for us when we came to put ours on the market. Priory were generally very helpful during our house search. They offered numerous properties and were very quick to arrange viewings for us. Rachael was particularly helpfull and generally very pleasant to deal with. Although the house we eventually chose was win another agent i would definately use priory again.

We switched to Priory from another agent. Priory certainly know the area and house types well. My experince was very good all round. The particulars were produced quickly and accurately, and we were kept well informed, of marketing aefforts and viewer feedback was always given. The key thing we enjoyed about using this agent was they kept in contact with us at all stages not just wheb we had a viewer. All the staff at the Biddulph branch are very helpful and give good advise.

Generally rude and disinterested. I think a symptom of having a monopoly in Biddulph. Even the house seller couldn't beleive how rubbish they were. He said he would never use them again and would not speak anymore to them. Everyone I know, even for lettings hasn't got a good word to say abou them. Avoid at all costs

 and have been amazed at the excellent service I have received. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I was pleased to find that there was no 'pushy' marketing as I have found at a lot of other estate agents. Matt has been brilliant during the process and has kept me updated at all times throughout the purchase. I would also like to commend Priory Mortgage Services, in particular Paul who has been extremely helpful and hard working in finding the best mortgage for me and the lengthy process and hitches which I had to go through to obtain it.

They have dealt with the sale very professionally at all times and everything has been done in a timely manner. Selling a house can be very stressful but this has been minimilised by Matt's competence and ability to do his job at the highest level. I would not hesitate in recommending them to sell a property for anyone and will use them again in the future if the situation should arise. I also know after speaking to the lady who is buying my property that she has relied heavily upon Matt for updates as she has not bought a property before and was a little unsure on proceedures with building socities and solicitors. Her comments were "she doesn't know what she would have done without him". I am writing a review for my local estate / letting agents, Priory in Biddulph. I have used their services 3 times over the years when buying and selling homes. As such I have come to know the 3 main staff, Lee, Rachel & Tanya. Until recently however I had not used their letting services. When I found myself moving in with my partner I decided to consult Lee & team regarding renting out my home. And when I say \"home\" I mean it - this was not an investment property but somewhere that meant alot to me. I had never rented out a property before but they explained everything to me. Lee came out to my house (which I bought 4 years ago using Priory!), and spoke to me at length regarding what was involved, what I could expect and what services they offered. As ever Lee was informative, honest and helpful. I have never found him or his staff anything but polite, friendly and professional. If they say they will be in touch on a certain day they will, if they say things will be done by a date then they will - you can rely on them. Once I gave the go ahead my home was marketed and on the net expeditiously. Tanya kept me updated concerning enquiries about it and advised me regarding prospective tennants. With their help I found suitable tennants within a very short space of time .
If you want proper customer service from people who live in the area and know the area then I recommend you use Priory - you won\'t find better!!
