Without a doubt the best service we have experienced when letting a property, properly lives up to their tag line as independent and personal. Both Carole and Mark have been a huge help. Schedule of condition provided by Pierce & Co absolutely accurate. All the paperwork provided up front and everything explained, any actions identified have been sorted straight away.
I work as a Facilities Manager and have a great deal of experience with agents for commercial properties and can say with hand on heart I wish they were half as good as Carole & Mark.

We had given up trying to move due to letting agents who put 'blockers' in our way or handed sheaves of paperwork (this is what you MUST do...)and this came across over and above letting the actual properties we viewed;we just did not want to deal with them - Pierce and co were like a breath of fresh air, very positive, 'can do' attitude, not intrusive, but there to guide and steer through the letting process, they were professional and a pleasure to deal with, gave us utter confidence throughout, and we look forward to remaining under their watchful eye in the sense of being a tenant for one of their landlords.We would highly recommend their service.

Excellent.. excellent.. excellent! Extremely professional , helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I have been using this company almost since their early beginnings & would highly recommend them. Extremely competent & reliable. I can't fault their efficiency and they are very friendly... they take the stress out of what could be very challenging situations. Well done, Pierce & Co.. other letting agents would do well to follow your example!!

A truly professional and efficent practice - thorough and balanced, we're fussy but they organised everything we asked for & and kept in touch throughout the letting process. Flexible & helpful.

Mark and Carole were both extremely helpful when the previous tenant left without notice leaving the place in a terrible mess and us not knowing which way to turn ! They were encouraging about the property, marketing it as soon as possible and finding good tenants in a very short space of time. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Pierce & Co in the future.

I am let my property for 5 years now and have never been treated by any agent with the attention that I feel I should given that over the year the agent receives over £1,000 in fees from me. I moved to Pierce and Co and for the first time I had frequent, detailed and valuable communication which makes such a difference. There are two others areas where Mark stands out: firstly he is very hands on, and I felt like he was personally interested in achieving a solution that would suit me as an owner, and secondly he was very creative in coming up with rental solutions in a difficult market.
I can highly recommend Pierce and Co - the best i have experienced!
